Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas all. It's been a pretty crazy festive period here.... We've processing so many orders, and it's all thanks to you lovely folk - so thanks for keeping us busy!

In other news we went to 'Spookers' for our Christmas excursion, and holy-moly it was scary. Well, I didn't find it scary, but Amy and Joe did. You should have seen Joe, he was screaming like a little pig. But other than the high-pitched screams coming from Joes throat, the evening was a great success - and a few of us even managed to change out of our fake blood-stained clothes and hit the town after that for an hour or two. Actually, we (Jay and Joe) didn't last all that long in town, we soon found ourselves back at Mr Vintage HQ with a pies in hand, and craving a couch on which to sleep. We woke up on said couches feeling rather woosey in the morning.

South Auckland Tee

So our South Auckland tee we did got a little bit of press last Thursday (in a little known Newspaper titled the New Zealand Herald).... Check it out.

It's all a little silly to be honest, cos anyone that actually read the description would have been able to tell that we were just having a dig at the Media for their blanket stereotype of Crime in South Auckland. And half of our staff are from South Auckland. Oh well.

Tomfoolery

Sometimes at work we get a little bit crazy and play these amazingly funny gags on each other. Some of them aren't that funny, and it went a little far last month when Amy keyed Robs car, but other than that they're pretty sensible. Anyway, last week we decided that young Hayden had to pay for his lack of respect in taking Robs car park. We also thought he was too young to be driving such a big flash car, and we really wanted to take him down a peg or two. Young punks. So we went to town on his car. Here's the results.

Haydens Big Flash Car.

The handy work.

Interior.

Rob thought it hilarious.

Spotters

A big thanks to Sven who sent in this picture of Brett from the Flight of the Choncords wearing the NZZN hoodie. He's so little. He's like a little pixie. Don't you just want to pick him up? Or is that just me? Maybe it is just me. Either way, you can pick up this NZZN hoodie for a mere $99.90 and wear it on those Cold Summery nights. Yeah, I know, maybe a little late, but everyone needs a hoodie for a pillow, everyone needs a hoodie.....

Sven gets himself a free Mr Vintage t-shirt.....just by sending in this pic of Bretty in his MrV hoodie! Now now, don't fret, you too can win yourself one. Check out our spotters page to find out how.

Pulp Sport Super Mega Party Time

You may have noticed that the lads from Pulp Sport have been wearing a few of our tees on their show this season. Well done. We've also made a few t-shirts for them, and we got to go to their sweet launch party the other day too. There was beer there that you could drink for free. No jokes. They also had burgers there, but they were pretty shit-house. Mine was frozen in the middle. But I'd had a few beers and ate it regardless.
Well anyway, one of the tees we made for them was this John Rowles one. It comes in all sorts of crazy colours like purple and yellow and orange and black and white. This could just be the perfect Christmas gift for Mum, or Grandma.

Pictured here are Bill and Ben with the man himself, Johnny Rowles!
